Our First Art+Tea conversations was so cute.

Thank you to our first Art Tea Conversation goers, it was so beautiful to connect over conversation and tea. We got vulnerable as we dove into Steph Russy's art and her experience while creating it. Her series, called Capacity, gave us all a lot to chew on as we took in the colorful images. Questions like, 'Where is our capacity and can we grow beyond that?' came up? Deep right?

As discussion about the art wined down, another question was posed. "How can you help me if you hate me?" This was a touchy subject for folks in the room. It brought up past relationships dynamics for some. This question wants you to actually identify when/if someone hates you lol. At the macro level, for example, a government that continues to abandon its citizens for their own gain, while claiming to be for the people. And on a micro level (probably still macro lol) you have a friend that hates you for your authentic expression. How do you identify that? How do you navigate that relationship? We got some interesting answers.

Tomorrow is our first Tea Social and Tea Party at the Tea Bar and we are excited! Expect to sample some of Lea's Teas, and then spend time at the DIY stations where you can make your own tea blend, sweet smelling pillow stuffer and smoke blend for a small fee. We'll flow into the tea party, ready for the guest to sample 4 more of Lea's Teas paired with small bites. Its a really a good wholesome time and we know you love that, so we'll see you there.
